OVEN BAKED | CHICKEN QUARTER LEGS | Chicken Leg Piece | Very Easy Recipe

Assalamoalikum guys!
This is the recipe to make the oven-baked chicken quarter legs.
These are the ingredients that you need to make this:
-12 chicken quarter leg pieces.
-6 tbsp yogurt.
-2 tbsp salt.
-1 tbsp red chili powder.
-1 tbsp coriander powder.
-1 tsp cumin powder.
-1 tbsp garlic and ginger paste.
-3 tbsp vinegar.
-3 tbsp oil.
-1 tsp onion powder.
-2 tbsp chicken tikka masala.
-1 tsp garam masala.
-1 tbsp ispagol ka chilka (Psyllium husk).
-1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
-1/4 tsp yellow food coloring (optional).

Baking instructions:
Pre-heat oven on 400*F.Bake for 50 -55 minutes. Place aluminum foil while baking.
Broil instructions:
Broil on high heat for 8-10 minutes. Remove the aluminum foil for broiling.
