Baked Char Siu Bao Recipe | Baked Chinese BBQ pork buns recipe – 叉燒餐包

Learn how to make homemade baked chinese BBQ pork buns right from home. The bun is super soft and moist with delicious easy homemade char siu filling.

dough recipe
– 450g white bread flour
– 50g milk powder
– 50g sugar
– 250ml warm water
– 2 eggs ( 1 egg white for glazing )
– 40g margarine or butter

Char siu filling
– pork chops
– salt, pepper, chicken stock and 5 teaspoon sugar
– 3 teaspoon of oyster sauce and char siu sauce
– drizzle of oyster sauce, soy sauce and dark soy sauce
