You Need:
1 kl of Pork ribs
for Marination:
1 big pc lemon juice and zest
2 tbsp minced Garlic
1 tbsp Whole pepper corn and a 1tsp of powder
1 cup Soy sauce
bay leaves
Cayenne optional
for Grilling Sauce:
2 tbsp Chili paste optional
3 tbsp Szechuan Sauce ( housw of tsang brand)
3 tbsp Oyster Sauce
2 tbsp Olive oil
