วันนี้มีสูตรซาราเปาไส้หมูแดง ซาราเปานมสดมาฝากกันค่ะ สูตรนี้รับประกันความนุ่ม นุ่มข้ามคืนเลยค่ะ โดยสูตรนี้นวดมือแค่ 5นาทีและไม่ใช้เนยขาวค่ะ แถมด้วยไส้หมูแดงรสชาติเข้มข้น ลองทำกันดูนะค่ะ
อัตราส่วนไส้
เนื้อหมูหั่นเต๋าเล็ก 250 กรัม (ถ้าชอบมัน ผสมมันหมูแข็งลงไปได้ค่ะ)
หอมใหญ่หั่นเต๋าเล็ก 1/4 หัว
กระเทียมสับ 1 ชต.
พริกไทยป่น 1 ชต.
ซีอิ๊วขาว 1 1/2 ชต.
น้ำมันหอย 1 ชต.
น้ำมันงา 1 ชช
น้ำตาลทราย 50 กรัม
ผงพะโล้ 1 ชช.
ซีอิ๊วดำหวาน 1 ชช.
แป้งข้าวโพด 1 ชต.
น้ำเปล่า 2 ชต. (สำหรับเคี่ยวหมู)
สีผสมอาหารสีส้มแดง ตามชอบ
อัตราส่วนแป้งซาลาเปา
แป้งสาลีอเนกประสงค์หรือแป้งบัวแดง 260 กรัม
นมสดรสจืด 160 กรัม (เข้าไมโครเวฟให้พออุ่นๆ)
ยีสต์ผง 1 ชช.
น้ำตาลทรายขาว 30 กรัม
ผงฟู 1 ชช
น้ำมันพืช 2 ชต.

2 Tbsp of oil
