BBQ Ribs St. Louis and Baby Backs on the Rec Tec – This is another video collab with Lyle from No hippie BBQ and Cooking. He and I will both be making our BBQ Ribs and bring them to everyone to see. I will be using my rec Tec 680 grill to make these amazing St. louis Style and Baby Back Ribs using my own Grill Master Series BBQ Sauce.

Ribs were smoked on my Rect Tec 680 Pellet Grill
Ribs were smoked @ 275 degrees F for 3 1/2 hours
After 3 1/2 hours both set of Ribs were coated with BBQ Sauce and returned to the grill for another 20 mins @ 300 degrees F.
