Easiest recipe • How to make Hong Kong Style Char Siu (BBQ Honey Pork) with Airfryer • 氣炸鍋蜜汁叉燒

Char Siu is one of Hong Kong’s most traditional and iconic food. Char siu literally means “fork roasted” (siu being burn/roast and cha being fork, both noun and verb) after the traditional cooking method for the dish: long strips of seasoned boneless pork are skewered with long forks and placed in a covered oven or over a fire

This is a very easy recipe – highly recommended!

Ingredient:
Pork Shoulder – 400g
Char Siu paste – 2 teaspoons
Dark soy sauce – 1 teaspoon
Soy sauce – 1 teaspoon
Rose cooking wine – 1 teaspoon
Sugar – 1 teaspoon

叉燒係香港嘅經典食物之一,唔少人都鍾意佢紅潤嘅顏色同燒焦嘅味道。小編平時下午茶都鍾意食個叉燒飯或者去茶樓叫籠叉燒包。其實自己用氣炸鍋整叉燒都好容易,而且可以食少啲色素,仲好平㖭!即刻落去豬肉檔買舊枚頭同我地齊齊炸叉燒!

做法非常簡單,沒有炸鍋也可用焗爐

材料:
叉燒肉 – 400g
叉燒醬 – 2茶匙
老抽 – 1茶匙
生抽 – 1茶匙
玫瑰料酒 – 1茶匙
糖 – 1茶匙
