I’m about to click hey Boston but roaston the grill and just want you guys tosee how big it is and I want you guys tosee all the temper the flavor is itseasoning everything that’s on it so farI have the smoked paprikaI never Oh garlic and pepper seasoningjust a little bit of jerkJamaican jerk seasoning I’m about to putsome I have olive oil on there that’sthe first thing I put on there I’m stillthinking a little apple cider vinegarbefore I start seasoning it I’m gonnaput a little parsley flakes on there alittle garlic garlic seasoning and whatelse what else what else am I missingI may throw some onions just you know inthe inside just to give it that flavorcuz I’m gonna cover it and put it on thegrill but I am gonna add some honeyDijon mustard and some Worchester sauceokay over sister sauce however thenorthernspronounce it you guys know what I’mtalking about so we’re just astre sauceor worse your serve sauce so that’sgoing to be for the flat rolls are thenI’m gonna cover it with the Luna saw andI’m gonna put it on the grill kids allright Stella people[Music][Music][Music][Music][Music][Music]okay so yeah normally prepare my soundbefore I put it on the grill the firstthing is I take the cut the wood warsand I soaked them in water make surethey’re really stoked to it before youplay some more real then I take my Samand I already pre-washed I put a littleolive oil on my salmon before I seasonedit[Music]they give me a garden bottom there andthen I put a little Cajun seasoningoccasional seasoning on there if youhave old bay you could use obey but Ihappen to be out of obey’d today sothat’s why I’m using the occasionseasoning because I forgot to chip mycovers and see that I need it obey ohI’m gonna put just a little sprinkle ofsea salt not too much I love smokedpaprika just a little bit not too muchlater on lemons on theremy dad’s little red pepper flakes onthere just a little bitbecause heavy like it’s smoke they’respicyso when I cook I have to cook my just you’llread it offsee that big piece of chop ready for yougive your token[Music]see[Music]all the meat and of course I’m gonnakeep shredding that a little bit finerthan what it is but I just want you guysto kind of see what it looks like comingoff the bonethere’s the beats bone right here and Igot a pullout[Music][Music]I took a ice cream scooper and scoopedout all of the potato now I have it in abowl and what I’m gonna do now is I addmy seasoning to the bowl a little milkbutter and I’m gonna move mash ittogether and just mix it and then I’mgonna place it back into the potatoalmost like a cream potato I’m making italmost like a crane potato if you seethere it’s almost like a cream potato soI’m gonna put it in there then I’m justgonna take it and quit it right backinside of the potato and then I’m gonnaplace it on a grill and make a grillgive me thatreal nice caramelized on tasteI’m gonna put just a little whippedcream in there[Music]a little bit more salt and that’s itpeople and now all I’m gonna do is peelthe potatoes back up just like so let’sput all the stuffing back in thepotatoes I’m gonna put them all back inthe potatoes make sure they all haveenough potatoeswhat you want to do you want yourpotatoes to look nice and fulland fluffy and you want them to lookappetizing while they’re on the grillthat’s what we’re aiming for people suchas that boy we’re aiming forokay so what I’m going to do with thisactually here since I have an extra I’mnot actually going to put that on thegripall I’m going to do is take take theinside of that out cuz I like mypotatoes to look really really blackbean and so what I’m gonna do is takethat just kind of mash the potato I’mgonna take a little whipped creambecause one of the potatoes doesn’t lookas as full so you always click an extrapotato just to make sure that you haveenough and that it’s looking as full andfloat as you want them to be you know alittle bit more creamier and that’sreally my hands are clean something nownow that I have that done what I’m goingto do the out is sprinkle a little ofsalt on these babies I’m gonna put alittle red pepper flakes just to makethem look[Music]a little parsley flakes on top of them[Music]get what I like to call potato toppingand you can get that from anywhere fromany of your grocery stores[Music]about show you will fight[Music][Music][Music]here we
