How to cook ADOBONG PUSIT and PAN FRIED PORK BBQ

Ingredients:

PAN FRIED PORK BBQ:
1 kg pork shoulder
1 cup ready made BBQ marinade
1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp calamansi juice
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
2 tbsp liquid seasoning
3 tbsp cooking oil
1 can pineapple chunks
green onion for garnish

ADOBONG PUSIT:

800g fresh squid
1 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp cooking oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
80g sotanghon soaked in water
1/2 cup vinegar
1 medium tomato
1 small white onion
6 cloves garlic
1 cup water
salt and pepper to taste
