Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Hot/Red pepper paste (Gochu-jang)
1 Tbsp Soy sauce
4 Tbsp Sugar
4 Tbsp Hot/Red pepper flakes/powder (Gochu-Garu)
4 Tbsp Cooking wine (rice wine or white wine)
5 1/2 Tbsp Garlic (minced or grated)
1 lb Pork (tenderloin or pork chop)
1/2 Onion (white or yellow)
1 Bunch green onion (scallion) = ~ 6 bulbs

Method:
1. With the exception of the pork and onions, mix all of the ingredients to create a marinade; set aside.

2. Thinly slice the pork into 2″ x 4″ rectangles.

3. Pat the pork dry with paper towel.

4. Mix the meat into the marinade, cover the bowl in plastic wrap, and let it cool in the fridge for 30 minutes.

5. While the marinated meat is cooling, thinly slice the half onion and cut the bunch of green onion into 2″ strips.

6. After 30 minutes, heat up about 1 Tbsp of cooking oil in a pan or wok on medium heat.

7. Pan-fry the marinated meat together with the onions until all of the meat is cooked through (about 8-10 minutes).

8. Enjoy this amazing dish! Try it on steamed rice, maybe in tacos with cilantro and lime coleslaw, or in spring rolls– the possibilities are endless!

Bon Appetit! 맛있게 모고!
