Ingredients:
500g pork ribs
2 tbsp tomato ketchup or catsup
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Coarse black pepper, onion and garlic (optional)
Procedure:
1. Clean the meat and drain the water.
2. In a bowl, mix all the seasonings until well blended then taste.
3. Mix the seasonings on the pork ribs and then marinade for at least 1 hour.
4. Put the marinated pork ribs in the pan or cooking pot with cover then
cook in a low heat, turning once in a while until the meat is tender.
5. Remove the cover, increase the heat to thicken the sauce.
Serve with french fries, salad or rice.
