4 slices of pork shoulder
2 lemongrass
3 garlic cloves
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sugar
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp ground pepper

Cut 2 lemongrass into thin slices,Peel 3 garlic cloves,Finely chop them.Put them in a bowl.Then add:
2 tablespoons of fish sauce,2 tablespoons of oyster sauce,1 tsp of dark soy sauce,½ tsp of salt,1 tablespoon of sugar,And ¼ tsp of ground pepper.Combine all together.Marinate 4 slices of shoulder with this sauce.Cover and leave in the fridge overnight.The next day, before cooking, quickly mix them.Grill them in a pan over medium-low heatwith a little oil for 7 minutes on each side.I like eating these grilled lemongrass pork with salad,sticky riceand chili sauce.Bon appétit!The pieces of meat are slightly caramelizedand have a delicious taste of garlic and lemongrass.Thank you for watching and sharing my video.See you at the next homemade dish.
