PS Seasonings Ribs – Giveaway winnings put to good use. How to make spareribs start to finish.

Just some pork rib practice. How to make ribs from start to finish.

Recipe:
2 Slabs of Smithfield Pork Ribs
Rub of your choice (see website below for PS Seasonings to get the rub I used)
Bottle of 3/4 apple juice and 1/4 apple cider vinegar for spritzing.
Charcoal and Wood of your choice to smoke with
Offset Smoker

Watch video for trimming and seasoning application.

Set up smoker to cook at 275 degrees Fahrenheit. Smoke ribs until they have the bark that you like and you have some bones starting to show. Spritz occasionally to keep ribs from drying out. When ribs feel lighter and bones are popping out you can wrap tightly in aluminum foil and continue to cook at the same temp until they feel like they are limp in your hand but still not falling apart. Pull them out and rest for 15 minutes and then cut between the bones. Serve and Enjoy!
