  1. Great Demonstration and walk thru, I have tried pork butt, not brisket yet. Really great Video

  2. Great video on how to cook a brisket . Very informative and well explained on how to cook it on the weber Kettel . cheers brother

  3. Man I wish I would have seen a video like this when I made my first brisket on Christmas last year. I was just getting into indirect cooking and such. It actually ended up coming out pretty good. I just used the Tip Top temp to regulate the temperature a bit…now I use a DigiQ DX3. The brisket didn’t need any trimming and even the flat was not crazy dry. I just followed all the basic temperature guidance I had found on the ThermoWorks blog…but there is so much more to getting a better result like you describe in the video. Puddling, propping up the brisket, spritzing, etc. All things I didn’t do, nevertheless it was far from a fail. Everyone loved the brisket for Christmas evening dinner. Love your videos. I’m planning on making a brisket for the 4th of July. Have a good one from South Texas.

  4. Just did my first brisket thanks to you I am really proud of it came out excellent Thanks bra ??

  5. Thanks! Just came across your videos today, and man am I thankful! I’ve been smoking for about 10 years now, but I’m always looking for fresh ideas and techniques. I really enjoy your approach. Keep them coming!

  6. Great delicious looking Smoked Brisket! Really good job explaining how to get it done on the weber. Good production too, Aces all around!

  7. The kettle with a slow n sear is the easiest way to do a brisket anytime. My offset to about 15 hours a lot more work. Slow n sear took 9 hours at 275 I didn’t even add charcoal. Only added water and it was 30 degrees outside..

  8. Yeah, you have sold me, please allow donald international travel, sincerely a South African Braai interest

  9. This is the first video of yours that I’ve seen. Very good info and quality. I shared with all my friends. Hope your channel blows up. ??

  10. Excellent cook bro! That brisket definitely had the meat jello jiggle factor going on ? Also congrats on all the new subs!
