Ingredients:
4 tbsp Hoisin sauce
1 tsp Brown sugar
1 tsp Chinese five spice
2 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
5 tbsp Shaohsing (Chinese cooking wine)
4 tbsp Soy sauce
