we focus on going in and welcome back tothe end of grills I tell you what I’vebeen cooking a lot on that one downthere and I feel a little guilty thatI’m neglecting the rest of them so let’spick one of these let’s cook onsomething other than that one on the endtoday I’ve got some old man did I tellyou what I’ve got I’ve got some somepork that I took and made nice and thinand stuffed it with some cheese and someham and rolled it in the back of baconweave oh man it’s gonna be it’s just apork loin folks I tell you what watch gotake a look at that pork loin to seewhat I did to it and I’m gonna choosethe grill and get it fired up alrightfolks so we’re gonna start with just alittle piece of pork loin here I trimmedoff a lot of the fat and I just got somesaran wrap and I’m just gonna give you alook-see alright folks got a pond downon there seasoning up that’s the besttime it’s easy to use some of this bigkahuna from sitting those this has got areally nice smell to it and it’ll goreally well on pork then I’m gonna putsome ham and some cheese in therealright our cheese and I got the hamkind of intermingled in there so there’sdifferent layers and then now we’re justgonna roll it up it’s really simplealright and there’s our bacon we’vefolks I usually go with just five piecesacross and then just fill them up andthat takes just about a full pound ofbacon so just take a roll here and thereuse some saran wrap we use our saranwrap to help us pull it up and then justroll it up like that peel back yoursaran wraponce it gets started like that and thenjust you find just keep goingand there you have it perfectI’m to the grill we go all right folkswhy not go with the smallest grills Igot the Weber go anywhere I tell youabout this thing when it comes toindirect cooking and what we’re gonna dotoday it’s gonna be perfecttake a look at the setup you see thevents on this thing are really differentso I’ve got the ventsI’m charcoal side on the bottom openover the charcoal closed vent on theother side open so the smoke and theheat are gonna go up over and outtell you what it’s super simple let’sget that pork on there all right got theweber dial in here look at that200 it’ll do this all day long folksthese little going anywhere charcoalgrills you can see how this is almost alittle bit too tight for the Weber butthen we’ll make it work just keep onwatching give it a couple looks seasonedit’s gonna be fantasticalright folks but now we’re in squidlet’s take a quick lookoh man look at that so we’re gonna givethere we’re gonna turn our 90 degreescharcoal is doing good and this is goingreal well give me one more look see aswe go onalright folks I know I told you I’d giveyou a couple more look-sees but there’sa finished product oh man look at thatisn’t that perfect I’ll tell you aboutfolks this is what you good eatin righthere tom horse Matt on YouTube thumbs upleave a comment and as always appreciateyou watching
