Yedi Pressure Cooker | BBQ Pulled Pork | RECIPE

Ingredients
• 300g Pork Loin
• 100g Homemade BBQ Sauce
• 1 Cup Bone Stock
• 20 ml Habanero Sauce
• 50ml Orange Juice
• Garlic Infused Olive Oil
• Sea Salt

For Plating:
• Butter Buns
• Cornichon
• Mustard
• Red Cabbage
• Coleslaw

Cooking Instructions:
1.Set up your Yedi Pressure Cooker to Sauté function; once hot, drip the garlic infused olive oil in the internal pot.
2.Sear the Pork Loin on each side, and add the orange juice
and the bone stock.
3. Close the lid, turn the vale to “seal”, and pressure cook for 5
minutes on HIGH.
4.Once the pork has been cooked, remove from the pressure cooker making sure to leave the juices inside the pot, and shred the pork.
5.Return the shredded pork to the pot, add the BBQ sauce, Habanero sauce, and salt, and allow it the juices reduce until the sauce has reached your desired thickness.
6. Serve the pulled pork on a butter bun, with mustard, red cabbage, and
coleslaw. Enjoy!
