Carolina Vinegar BBQ Sauce

Carolina Vinegar BBQ Sauce from HeyGrillHey

2 cups apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes

Simmer for 15-20 minutes, then let it cool. You can store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Great on pulled pork.

all right thank you all for joining usagain today so today we’re gonna make usa little Carolina vinegar barbecue sauceagain not my own recipelift it up online came up with it off ofhere so I can’t take any of that creditright there but we’ve got about seveningredients I’m actually gonna use thison Friday two days go ahead and getsomething kind of sit together kind ofstew that skit so when that stuff comesoff we have a little different sauce Ithink we but so what we’re going to mixit in actually it’s gonna put them inthe blender anything like this I’m gonnaput it on one of these shaker bottlesbecause using this for protein powderhave to be actually and a half of waterin here that was the only thing I had apretty measure so this width you knowyou can shake it up and I can just storethis run the fridge and use everythingin camp will be done the recipe gothrought anything downjust kind of watch what we’re doing hereso the first thing we did is we put twocups of apple cider vinegar the onlyreason I have this in my house isbecause I used it two weeks ago when Imade the brisket I’m gonna did the Texascrutch on it put the foil I put this inthere toosmells not the best because it’s vinegarobviously but when you mix everythingtogether ends up tasting pretty goodlike this snow cone horsepower all thesethings you want to take a shotof course Chris Cook had to come in andsay he’s a big family I gotta throw slawI’m not a huge small guy personallyprobably would if I could get all isprobably a wasteprobably I can make a whole lot of slawbut actually the major to catch up thisway I was gonna go with the water burgerfancy ketchup because we’re fancyanyway bring out fromETV year round down from the South aquarter cup of brown sugarof courseyou got to do a better job where youpush these in I actually want to stayhere the stuffyeaha tablespoon of red pepper flakesyesit’s all they got that somehow we’restill dead a good shake I’m gonna gothrow that in the fridge let it sit forabout at least 24 hours for you put itto usethat’s it it’s basic stuff that mostpeople probably have in our house youjust start quick vinegar sauce for somecool port we’re gonna make this weekendso the frigerator way to pour it outyou’re done the way the prices for abouttwo weeks I think is what they say yesthat’s good and pour it out makesomething new I have a bunch of dirtydishes or anything laying aroundthat’s our sauce without in the commentsection below if you’ve got a recipe ofto like please share it with us sharethis with your friends and I’ll see youguys back for another episode
