ok so I have my chicken already watchedin my pen and get ready to season itnow of course chicken you know makes alot of water or juice is coming off thechicken but I want a lot of gravy inalso to thin up barbecue sauce a littlebit I always add a little bit of waterto the pan after I wash the chicken soI’m grating to season itso I got my timer on I’m making I gotsuper tables and going on back here aswell that’s for another video so ofcourse we will take some salt just alittle bit[Music]still need to even over use a barbecuesauce sometimes you can get away withoutputting a lot of seasons on theirchicken but I like my food flavorful asmuch as it can be so dissenter put alittle salt I’m my fan of pepper butsince I’m cooking this for my entirefamily my mom dad uses husband daughterum they like pepper so you still put alittle bit of pepper if it were me Iwant I don’t even have pepper matter offact I didn’t have I have it now becauseI was cooking something for someone andfor my mama she wanted pepper but Ididn’t have pepper my kitchen from aboutfor about two years because we we don’treally like it like thatall right so I’m going to put a littlebit of adobo all-purpose seasoning nowthis has salt as well so don’t put a lotin it but it has the garlic oreganoblack pepper tumeric I’m just puttingjust a little bitI’m also going to put some onion powderand[Music]I believe Oh where’s my ground break Ilike to put tumeric sometimes on mycheek well most of the time on mychicken also I like to put sweet gingerbut since I’m cooking for more you knowmore than just my family I don’t know ifthey like that so I’ll explain my dad isvery very picky so that’s why this ispretty much gonna be our plane yet fullof flavorBBQ chicken and we’re gonna be usingsweet baby Ray’s honey barbecue sauce sothe feet the highlight of the video is asweet bang Ray’s barbecue sauce and alsolike to UM sometimes I take a littlemelted butter and drizzle it over thatas well or some olive oil but againmy daddy is super picky so this is umbaked chickenJD style all right so I’m not gonna putall of the barbecue sauce I’m just gonnatake a little bit and I’m just kind ofyours a little over the chicken like soand I put more towards the endall right got a little bit right therebut it’s okaymy old CB won’t let me let it go soalright so we’re gonna put this in theoven we’re gonna cover it up for about45 minutes and in the last 45 minutesyou’re gonna uncover it because this isboneless skinless chicken and of coursechicken thighs about chicka doesn’t takelong to cook period so to keep it frombrowning so fast I’m going to cover itup for the first 45 minutes and a 375degree oven and then the last half hourto 45 minutes just over take theReynolds Wrap off and then put the restof the sauce and let it bake bombthrough[Music]okay you guys so this is the chickenafter it’s been cooking for aboutactually it was cooking for about anhour so and it looks so good let me geta forkokay so y’all see how tender it startedit it’s not um at least about 45 minutesbut it’s looking good and smelling itand I like the how so great not greatyeah the gravy so just is how we standup I don’t want the Berkeley sauce sowe’re gonna add the remaining barbecuesauce[Music]a little bit around don’t ask me why I’mdoing this like this but no I like toput the barbecue sauce in layers so itwon’t all get cooked inside of the meatyou know soldier still have somebarbecue sauce on phone you know on thetop I know if that makes sense anybodyelse but this is how I always do it andit turns out great for me when I do itthat way so so we’re gonna put this backin the oven for another 30 to 45 minutesuncovered still in 375 and then I’llbring you guys back are you guys this isthe finish product on our barbecueoven-baked barbecue chicken it islooking so so good and smelling evenbetter so I hope you guys enjoyed thisvideo don’t forget to Like share andsubscribe and I will see you in the nextone bye
