Roast 0:11 | Shredding Roast | 4:30 | Keto Buns 1:13 | Chicken Wings 5:08 | Keto BBQ Sauce 7:02 | Plating Up 7:31

3-4 Pound Chuck Roast: 0:11 and Shredding the Beef at 4:30
Line bottom of crockpot with sliced onions. Season both sides of roast beef with sea salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Do NOT use any seasoning packets, they are loaded with bad stuff like maltodextrin and very high in carbs, and you don’t need them, trust me! 🙂 Lay seasoned roast on bed of onions, pour in 1/2 cup of water and add beef broth just until it touches the side of the roast (do not submerge the roast in juice as you want to leave the seasonings intact.) Cover and turn crockpot on high for 5-6 hours. After then, when roast is fork tender, Remove from crockpot and shred with a fork, take out any fatty bits (for your pooch’s treat of course!). Then return shredded meat to crockpot juices, cover, and either keep warm or turn off until ready to serve.

Keto Hamburger Buns: 1:13
1 1/4 C Pork Panko (crushed pork rinds)
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Pink Salt
5 T Psyllium Husk
1 T Nutritional Yeast
1 T Milled Flaxseed
1 T Coconut Flour
1 T Granulated Swerve
2 T Apple Cider Vinegar
1 C Liquid Egg Whites
1 C Hot Water (not boiling)

In a stand mixer, mix dry ingredients. Then add ACV and egg whites, mix. Gradually pour in hot water while simultaneously mixing. Let dough rest a minute or two and it should be a porridge like ball. With a jumbo cookie scoop, put dough on parchment lined baking sheet. Yield: 12 silver dollar size buns (or less if you want larger buns). With wet hands, roll dough to form balls. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 55-60 minutes. Brush tops of warm buns with melted butter, then remove to cooling rack to cool completely before slicing. Store in ziploc bag in fridge for up to a week.

Air Fried Chicken Wings: 5:08
Cut apart fresh chicken wings to make drummies and drumettes. Place in a large bowl and generously drizzle avocado oil over top, hot sauce, and a splash of liquid smoke. I used rotisserie seasoning (from the deli) which is basically paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, cayenne. I also added in a tablespoon of brown sugar swerve. Sprinkle over top then toss to coat evenly. Place coated wings in your air fryer basket or parchment lined baking tray. Season with salt & pepper. Cook in air fryer or oven at 400 degrees for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway between cooking.

Keto BBQ Sauce: 7:02
1/2 C Sugar Free Ketchup
1 T Tomato Paste
1 T Dijon Mustard
1 T Garlic Paste
1 Cap Liquid Smoke
1 tsp Sriracha
1 T Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 C Water
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp pink salt
3 T Brown Sugar Swerve

Mix well and bring to a boil. Then cover, reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
