I’ve heard that ribs are best eaten from restraunts. Wait until you try out pork ribs in Barbeue sauce recipe.
Pork Ribs – 1kg
Honey Barbeque Sauce – 3/4 cup for marination/ 1-2 tbspn for frying (Refer notes)
Chillie Flakes -2tbsp for
marination/1tsp for frying
Crushed garlic – 1tsp
White onion sliced – 1 big
Salt to taste
Oil – 2 tbspn
Marinate pork with 3/4 cup of honey barbecue sauce, crushed garlic, chillie flakes and salt. Cover and keep this overnight in refrigerator.
Pour 1.5 tbspn oil in a a pan and fry the marinated ribs till it gets slightly brown on both sides. Keep aside. Add some more oil to the same pan if required. Saute sliced white onion till it is translucent. Add the remaining marinade to this and fry for a while. Add fried pork ribs and cook till meat is done. Add water to cook the meat if required.
Fry the cooked ribs in a pan. Add 1 or 2 tbspn of barbeque sauce and 1 tsp on chillie flakes (as per your taste) while frying.
If honey barbeque sauce is not available you can use normal barbeque sauce and add one or two tsp of honey as per your taste.
You can use red onion if white onion is not available.
Pork ribs can be cooked in advance. Store in refrigerator and fry when required.
