[Music]this is a super easy recipe for barbecuechicken drumsticks there’s nothing to itat all the hardest part about this wholerecipe is taking the skin off thechicken I find you get a better grip ifyou use a little bit of paper towel soyou could use paper towel you could useyour hands whatever you want just peeloff the skin on each of the drumstickslike that you can leave the skin on ifyou want to I find the recipe worksbetter if you don’t but if you want totry it with the skin and you see how youfeel about it go for it it’s totally upto you but I would definitely recommendtaking the skin off the drumsticks tomake this recipe it just comes outbetter like that in generalso once you have all the skin peeled offthe drumsticks you’re gonna put themdown in a parchment paper lined bakingsheet now just grab some olive oil anddrizzle it over the chicken you don’tneed a ton of olive oil just enough tocoat it now it’s time to salt pepper thechicken I normally don’t givemeasurements for salt and pepper and I’mso not going to but I’m just gonna saythis is the only seasoning so make surethat you quote the chicken with salt andpepper maybe a little bit more so thanyou normally would so that’s just gonnamake sure that the chicken tastes reallygood even before we add the barbecuesauce to it so after the soin pepper isapplied I’m now gonna rub it into eachdrumstick I just want to make sure thatthe seasoning is even just make surethat they’re all nicely coated on thefront and the back side now bake theminto 375 degree preheated oven for 40minutes this is what they look like whenthey come out of the oven they might notlook that great yet but they’re gonnalook great once we sauce them and we’regonna do that right now so get a littleBowl or a little cup if you have won anAndhra barbecue sauce to it you can addwhatever kind of barbecue sauce you wanttoday I’m using sweet baby Ray’s I justfind that putting in the bowl first iseasier for me to then spread onto thechicken but if you want to score at thebarbecue sauce right on to the chickenand then use a brush to coat it that’stotally fine but just make sure thatit’s heavily coated do the front throughthe back to the sides make sure it’sevenly coated and heavily coated becausewe’re only gonna sauce these twice sothis looks good to me they’re nice andevenly coated now I’m gonna pop them inthe oven again just keep the sametemperature at 375 and we’re gonna do itfor 15 more minutes[Music]the time is up and this is what theylook like when they come out of the ovenand now we’re gonna give them anotherheavy coat of barbecue sauce and justlike the first time make sure it’sevenly coated on all sides now pop thisin the oven for another 15 minutesthis is what the chicken looks like whenit’s all done it’s completely bakedthrough and ready to eat now I’m justgonna transfer it into a platter andit’s done I love this serving tray forthis chicken because it’s nice and longI feel like it makes the drumsticks lookreally good I know this recipe wasincredibly easy but it’s also incrediblydelicious I hope you guys try this oneif you haven’t tried it already andthanks for watching the video[Music]
