Ingredients:
PORK BELLY (Sliced)
UFC Tamis Anghang Banana Catsup
DATU PUTI Soy Sauce (Toyo)
LADY’S CHOICE Real Mayonnaise
UFC Golden Fiesta Cooking Oil (Mantika)
Red Onions
Calamansi
Chili Padi (Sili Labuyo)
Sugar
Salt
Pepper

Steps:
MARINATE:
1. Mix together catsup, soy sauce, sugar, salt and pepper in a bowl.
2. Place the pork belly in a large resealable plastic bag and pour in the marinade.
3. Marinate in the fridge in at least 1 to 2 hours before frying to infuse the flavours.
FRY & SERVE:
1. Heat up the frying pan in medium heat.
2. Fry the pork belly until lightly crisp.
3. Remove from heat, allow to cool to touch and chop the meat (diced)
4. In a large bowl, combine the chopped meat, diced onions, chili padi, & calamansi.
5. Add on the mayonnaise and gently stir to combine.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve sizzling hot and enjoy!
