well hey folks how’s it all going athome and welcome back in the land ofgirls I tell you what on the weekendhere you ever notice how fast the daygoes it’s unbelievable sometimes you’relooking at these it’s called the stonemill and all the stuff is salt freelemon pepper and I’m also putting thegarlic garlic and herb is just a littleman it is really good and it is alsosalt free so we’re gonna cover these upa little bit here a little marinate backin the refrigerator and let’s I tell youwhat let’s go see how that grill isdoing all right so I could do those porksteaks on any one of these and I tellyou what they would really nice no weberkettle and direct get a little smokin inthem serum even under where we’re goingwhere I’ve been cooked on there for awhile the Camp Chef without a dump Kedahdo all the low and still get a littlesmoke and then go over to the sear boxnice and then there’s low caveman Icould do it on that day every single oneof these girls I could do it on eveneven that ones down there I got thosefrom Camp Chef this will fit perfectlyin here so this will fit on not just apellet ProSeries but assee in the directions here it says it’llfit directly on your triggers your pitboss camp chef rec tech and others thatare designed with the burn pot in thecenter that’s the key and then yourwidth that’s back and forth is 19 and ahalf inches so I’ll legally gone belowfor smoke coming onone is a Wi-Fi model you’ve seen meplaying around with that a little bitthis one looks like there are othermodel except it’s usa-madeit’s called their USA one and I’ll tellyou what this is this controller this islike my second time using it and I’mphenomit’s just lost smoke is 160 they didn’tover shoot it got to about 150 and thenit just eased its way up and you can seethat’s just I can’t say enough goodthings now another thing about I’m notreally worried about cooking in the rainwith this thing because it isn’t it’smeant to work in the rain obviously nota heavy downpour but if it’s raining outlike it is right nowI would be concerned with other pailgrills that put slots in the backbecause the wind rights today with withthe rain would be going in in yourpellet grill as opposed to having achimney that’s got a cap on it I don’thave to worry about the rain going in onthat so I tell you what I got it gotthat the upper rack on thereand that’s where we’re gonna put that’swe’re gonna put our pork or and our bucksteak and get a little smoke on them andthen we’re gonna fire this thing up anddo a quick sear all right smoking goodsmoke coming out of the bell Pro that acontroller on a little smoking see thereon 166 a dials it in really really niceand take a quick look herewe’ll smoke on there then we’ll fire itup the high and get a sear on there onthe pillow grill stay tuned folks allright folks let’s start a searing shallwe alright just got her up to temp tostart searing you to see we got somenice – there’s some nice color on therefrom the smoke and now we’re gonna getwrist Cirrus D – my two minutes into thesea let’s take a quick looktell you what grill lines and a pillowgirl yes you can folks all right folksnice thing about this setup is that thegrease burns off in in the sear daddywith you’ve got the you’ve got the lavarock in there and you’ve got thoseangled bars in there and they just do areally good or flavor riser bars you canmore or less call them that and they doa really good job so you don’t reallyhave to worry about making a mess inyour pellet grill so let’s just take aquick look here just searing up reallynice look at that oh yeah and the otherside looking real good these are almostlooking done so we’re gonna finish theseupand give you a look-see once they’replated up oh man doesn’t that lookawesome I tell you what I’m the
