Inihaw na PORK CHOP
(Filipino-Style Grilled Pork Chops)

Ingredients:
▪4 large slices pork chops
▪2 tablespoons lemon or calamansi juice
▪1/2 cup soy sauce
▪1/4 cup banana ketchup
▪3 large cloves garlic, chopped or grated
▪1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
▪1/2 teaspoon sugar
▪1 tablespoon cooking oil

Instructions:
▪To make the marinade, combine lemon juice, soy sauce, ketchup, ground black pepper and sugar in a bowl. Mix well.
▪Place pork chops in a ziploc bag. Pour marinade over the pork chops. Place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or overnight.
▪When pork chops are ready to be grilled, remove them from the bag. Rub the pork chops with cooking oil and cayenne powder.
▪Put left over marinade in a small bowl and save for basting.
▪Heat up the grill. Grill the marinated pork chops in medium heat for 5 minutes per side while basting with the leftover marinade mixture. Add more grilling time as needed.
▪Chop into bite slices and dip in your favorite sauce.
▪Share & enjoy!
